Each pack is designed for 6 vaginal steam baths.
- Boil 8 cups of water and add about 15g herbs to boiling water.
- Reduce heat to low and allow steep for 15 minutes.
- When steam is at a comfortable temperature, simply place a bowl of the steaming tea under a slotted chair or place the bowl of steaming tea into the bowl of the toilet.
- Wrap a towel around your waist to keep heat and steam in the desired area and proceed to steam for at least 20 minutes!
We recommend that you steam 3 times per month, during weeks in which you are not menstruating.
