Also known as vaginal steaming or v-steaming, yoni steaming is the ancient practice of sitting or squatting over steaming water infused with herbs. 

Our Painful Period Cramps blend helps you ease menstruation pain.

Ingredients:

Motherwort, Alfalfa, Rose, Safflower, Aloe, Ginger, Lavender and Mugwort.

Quantity:

Each pack is designed for 2 vaginal steam baths.

Usage:

  • Boil 8 cups of water and add about 15g herbs to boiling water.
  • Reduce heat to low and allow steep for 15 minutes.
  • When steam is at a comfortable temperature, simply place a bowl of the steaming tea under a slotted chair or place the bowl of steaming tea into the bowl of the toilet.
  • Wrap a towel around your waist to keep heat and steam in the desired area and proceed to steam for at least 20 minutes!
